Xin Dongri Textile Co. Ltd company has a well organized team. General manager Mr. Kinson Cai undertakes the company's development strategy and the foreign trade marketing.
     
    In production department, Mr. Qianhu Wang is responsible for the whole production especially the finishing and processing field. Mr. Huizhan Zhang is in charge of greige manufacture. Mr. Junguan Cai takes charge of dyeing field. Mr. Zhizhou Luo controls and checks the quality of fabric.
     
   In demestic sales department,  Mr. Shuangwei Lai takes to the domestic marketing. He is familiar with the fabric price and fashion trend in market.
     
   In foreign trade department, Molly and Wendy are doing e-business and can provide the most professional service for the clients all over the world.
     
   All of them have lots of management experience and well round knowledge of dealing with production and marketing problems.
